We describe every fabric as accurately as we can — including where a saree is silk blend rather than pure silk. Because many pieces are handwoven or hand-finished, slight variation in colour, zari, or weave between the photo and the delivered piece is normal and is not treated as a defect. Screen colour reproduction can also vary by device.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Many pieces — especially vintage, handloom, and limited-run weaves — are one-off or produced in very small quantities, so a listing may sell out or be withdrawn even after it appears in your cart; if that happens after you’ve paid, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay. You’ll receive an Order ID you can track anytime from My Orders. Please ensure your delivery name, phone number, and address are correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

We offer free delivery across India, with an estimated delivery window of 4–9 days from order confirmation depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or remote pin codes.

See our full Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility and process. Orders can be cancelled from My Orders while still pending or confirmed; once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.

If you submit a product review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant MNEME the right to display it publicly on the relevant product page. We may remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

MNEME’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed delivery, fabric variation within the tolerances described above, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
