Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email address, and profile photo if you sign in with Google or email/password.
• Order information — delivery name, phone number, and shipping address, provided when you place an order.
• Payment information — payments are processed directly by Razorpay; MNEME does not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Usage data — pages viewed, products favourited, and cart contents, used to keep your cart and wishlist in sync across devices.
• Reviews — if you submit a product review, your display name and review text are stored and shown publicly on that product’s page.

• To process and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
• To maintain your account, cart, and favourites.
• To respond to questions you send us via WhatsApp or the site.
• To send order and delivery updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional emails about new arrivals or offers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Razorpay, to process payments securely.
• Firebase (Google), which hosts our authentication and database infrastructure.
• Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number, and address to fulfil shipments.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data it processes on our behalf.

• You can view and update your account details from Account Settings.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by messaging us on WhatsApp.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Account access uses Firebase Authentication, and your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with access restricted to what each part of the app needs. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.
