Are MNEME sarees and clothing handloom or powerloom?
MNEME's collection includes both handloom and powerloom pieces. Handloom pieces are handwoven by individual artisans using traditional techniques — including Kanchipuram's korvai border-weaving and Patola's double ikat — and naturally vary slightly piece to piece since each one takes days to weeks to complete. Powerloom pieces are machine-woven, offering similar designs at a more accessible price point. Both are sourced directly from verified weavers and suppliers across India — including Kanchipuram, Banaras and Kerala's Kasavu cotton clusters — rather than third-party resellers. Each product page states its fabric and region of origin.
What payment methods does MNEME accept? Is cash on delivery available?
All orders are paid online via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is not currently offered.
Is delivery really free across all of India?
Yes — free delivery on every order, anywhere in India, with no minimum order value. Orders are typically handed over for dispatch within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking a further 3–7 days depending on location.
What is MNEME's return and refund policy?
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn and unwashed with tags and original packaging intact. Once the returned item passes a quick quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Direct size or colour exchanges aren't offered, since many pieces are one-off or limited-run weaves — return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or colour.
How do I choose the right size? Are sarees one size fits all?
Sarees are effectively one-size — fit comes down to length rather than a chest/waist measurement. Standard length is 5.5 metres (suits most heights), 5.0 metres works best under 5'0", and 6.0–6.3 metres suits above 5'7" for a fuller pallu. Kurtis, churidhaar sets, lehengas and gowns follow standard Indian S–XXL sizing. If you're unsure, message MNEME on WhatsApp with your measurements before ordering.
How do I track my order or contact support?
Once signed in, orders can be tracked from My Orders, or via the Track Order page using your order ID. WhatsApp (linked on every page) is the fastest way to reach MNEME support directly for anything else.
What kinds of products does MNEME sell?
Sarees across many weaves — Kanchipuram, Banarasi, Kerala Kasavu cotton, chiffon, georgette, Mysore silk, Chanderi, Patola, Tussar silk and linen — plus kurtis, churidhaar and salwar suits, lehengas, anarkali suits, gowns, and western/fusion wear, all sourced from artisans across India.
Does MNEME ship internationally?
MNEME currently ships within India only, with free delivery pan-India on every order.
